Time for a new
Ayer Senior Center

A Place to Connect, Learn, and Thrive

Resources for Older Adults

The programs and services offered at a senior center help older adults stay healthy and independent longer:

  • Fitness programs for all ability levels
  • Social events to combat loneliness and isolation
  • Health education and screening programs
  • Daily meals prepared in the commercial kitchen
  • Intellectual and cultural pursuits to keep the mind sharp
  • Free transportation to 11 towns

The current Senior Center is unable to offer these programs due to lack of program space, inadequate parking, and not being ADA-compliant.
