Time for a new
Ayer Senior Center
A Place to Connect, Learn, and Thrive
Resources for Older Adults
The programs and services offered at a senior center help older adults stay healthy and independent longer:
- Fitness programs for all ability levels
- Social events to combat loneliness and isolation
- Health education and screening programs
- Daily meals prepared in the commercial kitchen
- Intellectual and cultural pursuits to keep the mind sharp
- Free transportation to 11 towns
The current Senior Center is unable to offer these programs due to lack of program space, inadequate parking, and not being ADA-compliant.
